Three members of First Baptist traveled to New Orleans to help rebuild homes still unrepaired after Hurricane Katrina struck the city in 2005. Our congregants Aleta Bryant, Cindy Watson, and Bob Wilson participated as part of a joint-effort sponsored by the American Baptist Churches/USA, Church World Service, and other denominations.
