Self Care Workshop, Saturday April 17

BENNINGTON -- On Saturday, April 17, the First Baptist Church of Bennington will offer a free self-care workshop open to the entire community. Entitled "Exploring the Riches of God’s Grace: Pathways to Physical and Spiritual Wholeness," the workshop introduces helpful ways for tending one’s soul and various holistic methods for self care. The Rev. Sharon Hughes, minister of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Rutland, will lead the workshop. The workshop will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (simple lunch included) at First Baptist, which is located at 601 Main St. The workshop is free; however, advance registration is required.
